Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using any ZenithOpsTech product, or by browsing zenithopstech.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or products.

The products

ZenithOpsTech sells digital Notion workspace templates delivered instantly by email after purchase, in the form of a duplicate link. No physical goods are shipped. Screenshots and mockups shown on the site are illustrative of the underlying system's structure and functionality.

Accounts & orders

You're responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, since that's how your duplicate link and setup guide are delivered. If you don't receive delivery within a reasonable time, contact support before disputing the charge, so we can resolve it directly.

Acceptable use

• Use the systems within the scope of the tier you purchased (see the License Agreement)
• Don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share a duplicate link so that others can create their own copy
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the site or checkout systems

Intellectual property

The structure, design, copy, and branding of ZenithOpsTech systems and this website remain the intellectual property of ZenithOpsTech. Purchasing a system grants you a license to use it as described in the License Agreement — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or code.

Limitation of liability

ZenithOpsTech products are provided as operational templates to adapt to your own workflow. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use, including business interruption or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
